Aluminum Tread Brite Diamond Plate 3003

3003 Aluminum alloy contains about 1.25% manganese and 0.1% copper, which increase the strength approximately 20% above the 1000 series aluminum grades. This is the most widely used of all aluminum alloys and it has all the excellent characteristics of alloy 1100 with higher strength. It is a medium strength alloy that is hardenable only by cold work and is not heat treatable. It has good weldability, formability and corrosion resistance.

ASTM-B-209 & QQ-S-250/2

Non-Heat Treatable

Applications: Include general sheet metal work requiring greater strength than is provided by 1000 series aluminum alloys, profiled building sheet (roofing and siding), insulation panels, food and chemical handling equipment.
